Second terror suspect may be at large.

Authorities now believe they've identified a fifth suspect who took part in Tuesday's terror attacks, and he may be on the run. Meanwhile, Salah Abdeslam, the Paris attacks suspect, is not cooperating with police.

Militant group, Niger Delta Avengers, have reportedly agreed to dialogue with the Federal government to find a solution to the lingering crisis in the Niger Delta region. This development is contained in a statement released today by the spokesman for the dialogue group, Ballantyne Agiri. The statement in part reads: “The body has collectively and willingly agreed to heed the clarion call of eminent Nigerians and international community to dialogue with the Federal Government. The federal government should from the inception of the dialogue rule out from the agenda any monthly monetary inducement or stipend for the NDA. The federal government should be ready for structural changes that should be human and development oriented. The funeral ceremony was attended by close friends and family of the deceased who passed away at the age of 73 Known for his role as the masses advocate of some sort, Senator  Ben Murray-Bruce  joined his sister,  Helen Hunt  and other members of the family to bury his   brother-in-law,  Victor Allan Hunt. At the ceremony which was filled with gloomy and sad faces, the Silverbird Group chairman was spotted at the   St. Dominic’s Catholic Church, Yaba, Lagos for the funeral service. The funeral ceremony was also attended by close friends and family of the late Hunt, who passed away at the age of 73. See more photo in gallery above.
